House Calls

Most problems can be best dealt with in the surgery, where we have a full range of equipment. However in certain situations house calls can be arranged. Please phone before 11am for house call requests.

Routine Appointments

We schedule 10 minutes per person for routine visits. We try to keep to this time and in order to reduce waiting times for patients we would ask you to be aware of this during consultation.
If you need a longer time for a complex problem or procedure please let us know at the time of booking and we will allow for this.
If more than one member of your family wish to be seen, please inform reception on arrival.

Urgent/ Emergency Appointment

In the case of an urgent medical problem we will see you without an appointment. However if possible telephone in advance to allow us to ensure that a doctor or nurse eill be able to see you promptly. If you are uncertain as to the urgency of the problem please ask at reception and a doctor or nurse will advise you on appropriate action.

We do try to take telephone calls when possible; however, as much of our day is spent in surgery seeing patients it can be difficult to take calls. Please where possible ask the Practice Secretary/Receptionist who will help you with your enquiry.

To register with our practice please contact reception.

We now accept payment by Visa/laser Card.

A list of fees is available at reception, please enquire 049-8541118.
